Update on our services – Covid-19

Due to the ongoing Covid restrictions, most of our support is still remote but in certain circumstances our volunteers are able to meet with their families outside the home following the social distancing rules. It may also be possible for our volunteers to meet in a coffee shop or similar venue. We will continue to monitor how we can deliver support in line with government guidelines. We presently have capacity for referrals to our service, so if you have any families (with children 0-13 years) that you feel would benefit from support we would be happy to help.

We have also been keeping in touch with the children/families of our existing Anxiety and PICADA groups through phone calls and some online sessions and are looking at ways we can resume running groups face to face. We are still taking referrals for our future groups, as this helps us to understand the needs and to plan, but we are unsure yet when these will be able to start. We are also looking at options to hold groups online if we are unable to meet face to face, though we appreciate that some children find it hard to engage with these.

Please contact us on 0300 800 1005 if you would like support and to make a referral to our service.
