Our fabulous Director of Services Tracy ran this year’s Brighton Marathon on Sunday 15th April to raise much-needed funds for Family Friends. Tracy’s months of preparation paid off as she recorded a brilliant time in her first-ever marathon, crossing the line in 4:00:06.
Her efforts have raised a wonderful £2,172.75 for Family Friends in Windsor and Maidenhead – that’s just under £83 per mile! Tracy’s sponsorship page at https://www.mydonate.bt.com/fundraisers/tracymuschamp1 is still open for donations at the time of writing.
Everyone at Family Friends is extremely proud of Tracy – her hard work and dedication is clear in everything she does. The money she has raised by taking on this physical challenge means that we can support families across the Borough to overcome the daily challenges they face.
